What happened to me was the worst case of a 1st Amendment violation of free speech and every dog breeder and Patriot American needs to take heed. Since when in this country do you loose one constitutionally protected right because you exercise another constitutional right? Sami also fought for his rights like a true American CH. I do not live in the city limits as I am 2 hours out of NYC. They also violated their own CPL criminal procedure law , committed perjury by lying and falsifying a criminal complaint and not leaving vouchers for all the property they stole from my home and yard.
To this day less then 30 days before trial my attorney and I still have very little to NO discovery. What are they hiding? Lets not also forget I sold an 8 week old puppy to whom I thought was a married couple. I said much more then that which would prove my intentions were in no way nefarious and most definitely not illegal!
They did not bother to do a proper investigation on me before executing their search warrant. If they had, they would know I was in no way involved in anything illegal. The last charge, a misdemeanor is on appeal with the appellate division at this time.
